Spell Check on screen

If you are using the Wiki editor on to add/edit text, it is very handy to have Spell Check enabled.

This is a functionality of your Browser.  I recommend you install Motzilla FIrefox or Google Chrome etc as Internet Explorer is not html5 compatible so some functionality is not available

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options
  2. Select the Advanced panel.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Make sure the box is ticked for Check my spelling as I type.
  5. Now add a dictionary (probably why it is not working for you): Right-click in any text box containing more than one line (e.g. select Edit on any page where you have the ability - top right of screen).
  6. Select Languages.
  7. Select Add dictionaries....
